North Middle School will be registering all fifth grade elementary students in our attendance area soon. NMS staff will be visiting the elementary schools throughout the month of April to give students information on registering for classes.
On Friday, May 2nd, all fifth grade students who will be attending North Middle School will visit the school for an orientation day. Students will walk to NMS from Cather and Montclair. Students will be transported by bus from Cody, Harvey Oaks, and Morton. On orientation day, students will eat lunch at NMS, meet their teachers, see the sixth grade classrooms, tour the building, listen to an overview of course offerings, and learn about daily procedures. The orientation will begin at 12:00 p.m. and conclude at 2:45 p.m. Students will then return to the elementary schools for dismissal.
Parents are invited to attend a sixth grade parent orientation meeting at North Middle School on Tuesday, April 29th, from 6:00-7:00 p.m (with a Pre-Algebra meeting from 5:30-6:00 p.m. and also a Resource meeting from 5:30-6:00 p.m.) If you have a resource student, please attend at 5:30 p.m. and if you have a Pre-Algebra student, please attend at 5:30 p.m. The administrators and counselors will be available to share information and answer any questions parents may have at that time.
If you have any questions, please call North Middle School at (402)715-1280.
